Time to 'fess up.

Although I do plan to take courses around the world--from Oxford, St. Francis Xavier, and even Macquarie--and although seaheidi makes Sydney sound so tantalising, and although I have the greatest support group EVER ...

...

... those courses are 99% more likely to be online than in person. I do plan to get to Sydney in the next few years, to explore and shop with some of my best buddies, but I'm afraid there's no definitive plan-of-action for that right now!

So, um, April Fool?

Just so you know, I'm saying all this from within a self-made fort of homemade brownies. I've set out bowls of marshmallows that you can pelt me with, and I promise to throw them back without taking a single nibble so that I will in no way benefit from the chucking of said marshmallows. If, however, you see aforementioned fort eroding, I got hungry.

One of the goals on my lifelist is to take courses from universities around the world. Oxford, St. Francis Xavier ... anywhere and anything that interests me. It's like homeschooling through university, of a sort.

Never did I imagine that an opportunity would arise, sooner rather than later, that would enable me to take a course at Macquarie University ...

... in Sydney ...

... Australia.

YEAH BABY!

( March Reading List time! )

I realized last night that a scene I was stressing over actually isn't a scene at all. All it should be is a paragraph of summary. Don't you love late night revelations? So once that's done, I really don't have that much left at all. I'd love to finish the rewrites this month and get to editing it in May.

However, in order to do this, I bid you adieu, for I have had another revelation of late. My blogging is keeping me from writing as much as I would like, and it seems like all my creative juices are easier spent on my blog than my novel. So as of today, I have decided to cease blogging. I will still drop in now and again to check up on you all and make sure that you're not getting into mischief! It's been such a delight getting to know you.

And if you believe any of that, you're more gullible than I thought.
